We use our Christmas retreat primarily to think and reflect - about what has been and what will be in store for us in the coming months. About how we can further sharpen our profile and make our product even better. As an entrepreneur, you are constantly doing things - to be able to look at your own results, successes and failures from a different perspective and to think about things in a new way, you need real time out. Switching off, recharging your batteries and looking for inspiration - you have to give yourself space and time for this. And that's what we do when we are a little quieter from mid-December, step back and seemingly do nothing at all.
