Premium Immobilien commissioned destilat to design a penthouse that harmonizes classic aesthetics with modern luxury. The result is a room concept of understated elegance in which fine materials, sophisticated architecture and high-quality details form an atmospheric harmony.
The spacious room structure follows clear, open lines. Light becomes a design constant - floor-to-ceiling windows bring the urban panorama inside and seamlessly extend the living areas to the spacious terrace. This acts as a private retreat and creates a subtle connection between inside and outside.
The materials and design language have been deliberately chosen: Natural stone, wood and metal in finely coordinated haptics and colors characterize the ambience. Warm earth tones and subtle contrasts reinforce the calm, timeless atmosphere.
The essence of the design: a reduced but precise design language that does without superfluous elements - and therefore leaves room for individuality.
