Lower Austrian Insurance

Shop concept

Year: 2011 - 2019
Status: realised, 45 locations
Client: Die Niederösterreichische Versicherung

The corporate architecture concept developed by destilat includes the redesign of all customer offices throughout Lower Austria as well as a new concept for the façade design. The new appearance creates an unmistakable identification and confirms the company's regional leadership claim. The brand image, values and products of NV are presented in an appealing and emotional way that does justice to the importance of NV as a company.

The design concept combines the traditional values of NV with the modernity of a company with leadership aspirations, makes reference to regional influences and conveys unobtrusive restraint.

Open spaces, as well as the possibility of partitioning with glass partitions between the offices, increase transparency and communication and create trust for customers and employees. Through the prominent display of the word-image brand and the main subject, the customer is visually "picked up" even before entering the customer office and is accompanied by the brand, the values and the products of NV until leaving the customer office.

The integration of natural materials such as wood and the systematic integration of green plants not only creates a reference to the rural environment and symbolises the proximity to the province of Lower Austria, it also enters into a symbiosis with the imagery of Niederösterreichische Versicherung and creates communication synergies.

In total, all 45 NV branches throughout Lower Austria are being converted.
