The spatial concept provides for an elegant and clearly legible sequence of flexibly merging functions, which creates easy orientation for customers, an attractive working environment for employees and a pleasant, open but differentiated atmosphere for all users.
This atmosphere is decisively characterized by the material concept: classic materials such as wood, stone and metal are combined with glass and textile surfaces in a high-quality look and feel, creating comfort and functional elegance at the same time. The chosen materials also refer to the artisanal, industrial and agricultural tradition of the province of Upper Austria without using traditionalist clichés. Stone and metal in particular convey a sense of security, strength and durability, creating an association with classic bank vaults.
The color scheme draws on warm tones that enter into dialogue and interplay with each other in different shades and contrasts. Linear shapes evoke timeless modernity: the square as the defining basic element of the corporate identity is repeated in selected, high-profile architectural elements such as the shop windows in the façade or on the back wall of the counters. The warm color scheme enters into a dialogue with the blue tone of the corporate design through a gentle color contrast. On selected walls, high-quality, artistic photography based on the subjects of the image videos refers to the importance of regionality for Hypo Oberösterreich.
The architectural and spatial concept reflects the overall value and quality standards of Hypo Oberösterreich and translates this into forms and materials that represent a careful modernization and update. Customers and employees are offered a professional and at the same time comfortable atmosphere that promises a high quality of stay.
