Wiener Neustadt has gained a new uncomplicated four-star hotel with Le Parc. Located next to the spacious Akademiepark and not far from the train station and local transport, it is aimed at both business and private customers and fills a gap in Wiener Neustadt's hotel landscape with its comfortable facilities. On the outside, the former office building is sober and restrained; inside the two-storey block building there are seminar rooms with state-of-the-art communication technology, a wellness area and fitness room, restaurant and 50 light-flooded rooms with high-speed Wi-Fi. Le Parc attracts cycling enthusiasts with its e-bike charging station and secure bike storage room. In addition to the lively cultural program, Lower Austria's second largest city has plenty to offer hikers and cyclists on excursions - whether to Vienna's local mountains or along the Wiener Neustadt Canal.

destilat meets the needs of the heterogeneous target group with a relaxed interior design: light colors, natural materials and an apparent tidiness are as inviting as they are discreet and offer guests scope for different needs. A striking design element of the hotel interior design are the rapport-like patterns that characterize the semi-transparent room dividers.

Visually reminiscent of Mediterranean atrium houses with their shade-giving sliding shutters, destilat elegantly meets a functional requirement with this design element: to create separation options for flexible room uses between the restaurant and hotel areas without appearing exclusive or restrictive. With the latticework of metal rings, destilat draws a semi-translucent membrane into the industrial building, playing with the interplay of visual axes in front and behind and lending the ensemble a finely chiseled lightness.
