With Le Parc, Wiener Neustadt has gained an uncomplicated four-star hotel. Situated at the spacious Akademiepark and not far from the train station and public transport, it is aimed at both business and private customers and, with its comfortable furnishings, fills a gap in Wiener Neustadt's hotel landscape. The exterior of the former office building is sober and restrained; inside the two-story building are seminar rooms with state-of-the-art communications technology, a wellness area and fitness room, a restaurant and 50 light-flooded rooms with high-speed Wi-Fi. For cycling enthusiasts, Le Parc offers an e-bike filling station and a secure bike storage room. In addition to its lively cultural program, Lower Austria's second-largest city has plenty to offer excursions for hikers and cyclists - whether to the Vienna Hausberge mountains or along the Wiener Neustadt Canal.

The heterogeneous target group is met by destilat with a relaxed interior design: light colors, natural materials and an apparent tidiness are as inviting as they are discreet and offer the guest room to develop for different needs. A striking design element of the hotel's interior design is the rapport-like pattern that characterizes the semi-transparent room dividers.
Visually reminiscent of Mediterranean atrium houses with their shade-giving sliding shutters, destilat's design element very elegantly takes into account a functional requirement: to create separation possibilities for flexible room use between the restaurant and hotel areas without appearing exclusionary or constricting. With the latticework of metal rings, destilat imposes a semi-transparent membrane on the industrially shaped building, plays with the play of visual axes in front of and behind it, and lends the ensemble a finely chiseled lightness.
