And the Winner is ...
German Design Award for Rossbarth
Actually, everything is already won when the builders are as happy as the architects and the recently opened restaurant knows how to satisfy the hunger and curiosity of the guests in a way that makes them go home satisfied and inspired and perhaps already looking forward to the next visit.
And yet a new level opens up - when the idea is recognised and honoured from the outside, with all the heart and soul, commitment and consistency that go into its implementation.
The German Design Award is such a turbo booster for designers - in 2017 we were already awarded a special mention in the Excellent Communications Design category for the Lingenhel project in Vienna. Now, with the Rossbarth eatery in Linz, we have won the German Design Award 2019 in the Interior Architecture category. The international jury justified their choice with these words: "The design captivates with a purist, honest clarity that does justice to the old stock and at the same time refers to the purity and naturalness of the high-quality products used in the kitchen. The open sequence of rooms and the window to the kitchen are also very nicely solved."
There is no bonus or trophy for such prizes, but a drive that is priceless! We thank the jury and are very happy about the award - for our clients and ourselves!
